to with an e-mail complaint.

Whoever is posting this crap is violating their Terms Of Service (I
checked the
100ProofNews.com website). Furthermore, they are advocating an illegal
activity/product - the mere possession of one is illegal in 32 states, and
actual use of one violates Federal law (specifically, the Federal
Communications
Act of 1934, 47 U.S.C. § 605).
