Dan Hi Dan, Although I don't have an answer for you, I have saved a link to someone who has the owners manual for $9. http://www.w7fg.com/manuals.php?manu...egency¢er= Secondly, this company might be interested in buying it from you. If you are not interested in selling it, maybe you could call/email them and ask [nicely! ;-) ] if they might know the answer to your problem. http://www.iinc.com/ggcomm/ |

Dan,
Try this: 1. Press MANUAL 2. Press keys corresponding to desired frequency and then the ENTER key. 3. Press keys corresponding to desired channel number for this frequency (use 0 to preceed single digit channel numbers). 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for entering another frequency in another channel. 5. If a non-allowed frequency is entered the display will show Fr Err. Bob "Dan" wrote in message news:XdKcg.4958$ei2.2697@trndny02... Dan I retired this scanner a long time ago. Nonetheless, I remember that such "FR ERROR" used to happen when the batteries where under 6 volts. The only way to be able to tune the Regency back into its range was to change the batteries or switch into the AC power supply. I am not sure this is your case, it was mine many times over and over.
