And according to some this year is the 100th anniversary of radio
broadcasting, citing Reginald Fessenden's claim of broadcasting speech and music to some ships on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve 1906. But there are skeptics who question whether the broadcasts took place and whether they were heard. -- jhhaynes at earthlink dot net |
