Default Clandestine Radio Waaberi

Radio Waaberi 17550 heard here at 1330-1400 in Somali. Transmission is via
Julich, Germany, and is apparently only on Fridays.

After Radio Waaberi signed off, it seemed as though another clandestine was
there, Voice of Tibet. At 1408 the Chinese 'Firedrake' jammer came up on the
frequency.
