My condolences to whoever buys this thing. It eats batteries, and
should win awards for the worst ergonomics, and most difficult to use
user interface ever developed for a Radio.This was supposed to be
Grundig's answer to the ICF-SW77/55, score one for Sony.

I bought one from eBay a couple of years ago for half what he's asking
for this one. I got it just for the hell of it, just to add it to the
collection. It's OK and has some nice features like the RDS on FM,
but it's an average performer at best on SW, and is definitely a strange
radio!
