I looked up the word "warentee" in my college dictionary and the word does
not exist.....so, maybe this "warentee doesn't really exist, also?

BTW, no real Icom warranty is transferable to a new owner....think the same
for most manufacturers.

I'll bet there is a 12 mo guarantee in there somewhere, but probably
not where you expect. Maybe the UT-106 module has a guarantee....or the
maybe the little rubber feet on the cabinet.

I like that old joke about a guy that got a heart pacemaker.It came with
a lifetime guarantee.
