Default Pirate 6925 AM

About an hour ago I caught a pirate on 6925 in AM.
Hey Joe Radio was S9+20 here in up state CT.
We had to run into town so I decided to test the laptop
Terry (r2000swler) gave me and it works great via a
dailup.

I did not know there were so many covers of "Hey Joe".

And I got to wondering, exactly who is 6925KHz assigned to?

With the limited net connectivity I have I decided just to ask
the question here and check back in few days.
