Augusta,Georgia was off limits too.Boot camp at Fort Gordon,Georgia in
1962,Company Delta 5th Battalion 2nd Regiment.Us lean mean fighting machines were not allowed to sign out on Pass and go visit Augusta.I never did figure that one out.I did get to visit Augusta when my boot camp was over though.The Train station at Augusta,from Augusta via choo choo Train to Belleville,Illinois and from Belleville via U.S.Air Force bus to Scott Air Force Base.Boo Hoo,I never did get to visit the wimmins in Augusta. cuhulin,the off limits dude |
