Default arabic chanting on 4847.0

cannot id this station on 4847.0 sounds like arabic chanting. fairly
strong signal in north eastern florida at 8:00 EST.

Dont worry my fellow americans ,we at the listening post in England at
Menwith Hill North Yorkshire have a handle on it.

Sounds like Radio Mauritania as they are on or around 4.845 Mhz and on
at 8O0 PM EST or 100 UTC.
