Default Recommended Listening

All right, I'm going to try this again. I've gotten interested into
listening to shortwave radio, and I'd like some advice on where to
tune for broadcasts from overseas in English. I live in Pennsylvania.
I'm hoping that this time, I can get a response, because it seems the
last time either got lost or didn't get through. Thanks.
