I occasionally hear what may be some type of AM jamming on 13.170+/-, it

I'm not hearing it now. HF conditions seem to be less than ideal
today, at least up to this moment 14:35 utc. I often tune between
8.000 and 8500 when I rise in the mornings and listen to fishing
vessels in the Caribbean. Nothing this day so far.
