Yea, fishy all right - the FCC's courts will conveniently look the other way about cases of protected contour interference ! As far as I know one is entitled to legal representation before the FCC. The FCC, much like the Social Security system (where one is entitled to legal representation), rely upon Administrative Law Judges to handle various matters before them. For that matter, here in Michigan, if one has a dispute with Unemployment Compensation, and if one continues to appeal their case, they'll wind up in a hearing with an Administrative Law Judge, (where one is also entitled to legal representation). dxAce Michigan USA- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Yeah - Most Civilian Federal Agency Appeals Systems work kinda like a Military Courts Martial : * Their Court * Their Judge * Their Attorneys * All the Re$ource$ of the Federal Government STACKED UP AGAINST YOU ! ! ! ! ! justice for all - iape ~ RHF |
