Al Gore...... quite an interesting guy! Made an interesting
little socialist propoganda film called "An Inconvenient Truth" as
most of us know.
He's been up here in Toronto, Canada a few times giving
talks
to the "True Believers" of this new Global Warming, Climate Change,
"It's All Our Fault" religion. Signed a lot of autographs for left
wing Canadians that admire him. I guess he is one of the High
Priests,
just like that Dr. David Suzuki guy. He is a real Prophet of Doom in
this new faith too. The web site URL's above show Lies & Distortions
in his film. Quite interesting.

I'd like to repeat my question.....
How did the earth survive all those warmer interglacial
periods before??? At times it has been so warm in Earth's past, that
the earth didn't have any icecaps at all. Much warmer then today. But
guess what???
And I will ask a few more questions ... There have been many
times in the past that the earth was much warmer then today.

1. How did the coral reefs survive those very warm
times???
2. Did they all die off, and then return somehow??
3. What caused Global Warming, and Global Cooling in the
past??

It appears that several other bodies in the Solar
System are now undergoing some sort of Climate Change.
It looks like they are warming up too.

Cato responds: The planet has had many episodes of Global
Warming and Global Cooling in the past without any help from us. Earth
has gone though it many, many times. Times so warm that there was no
ice or snow at all. No polar caps or glaciers. The world survived.
Times so cold that ice a mile thick covered the Great Lakes
area in North America. One time the Earth was so cold, some scientists
think it may have bee covered with snow and ice almost to the equator.
The Earth survived.
Our caveman (oops, cave-person) ancestors lived through the
last Ice Age, and they survived. They adapted to the conditions.
If they hadn't, we wouldn't be here.

What to do about it?? Well, Not spend hundreds of billions
or trillions of dollars fighting it. The best that would do is maybe
old the inevitable off for a while longer. In the meantime we will
spend ourselves into the poor house and destroy our economies. Not
worth it in the long run.
So what to do about it?? Accept the reality, prepare for
the change, and adapt to it. Life on this world has two choices.
Adapt or die.
