Default TG35 Antenna

Hi to all! I'd like to have some comments on TG35 antenna... I've a
Degen 1103, a Sangean ATS909, a long random wire and a DE31MS
antenna...
I've found that the DE31MS has someone better performanche than the
wire... the signal is more "clear" and with less noise, especially for
DX...
has someone the TG35 antenna? is it better than the DE31MS? have you
compared with better antennas like Quantum Loop or Wellbrook or wires?
How for NDB reception or DX in other bands?
Thanks in advance from Italy :-)

So a POS radio is helped by a POS antenna? Not logical.

LEO,

POS = Piece-of-Sh*t, a profanity saying something is of poor quality
or broken

hope this helps -and- now you know ~ RHF

Telamon,

The Cambridge Soundworks CD740 Radio is a very good
sounding stand-a-lone FM Radio and CD Player. However
it's AM Tuner is like most modern day AM/FM Radios a
design after-thought.

FWIW - I am told that the AM Tuner design quality of the
new HD Radios is better than what most Cumsumer AM/FM
Radios has been in recent years.

IMHO - The Cambridge Soundworks CD740 Radio is not a
"POS"; and is a much better Tuning and Sounding AM/FM
Radio then the BOSE Radio.

Now with respect to the Degen TG35 Active Antenna it is a
Broad Band {Un-Tuned} AM/MW Antenna and does a very
good job of kicking up the AM/MW Signals across the Band
to make AM/MW Radio Listening practicle and enjoyable.

Place the Degen TG35 Active Antenna it in a Window
where it will get several hours of Sun-light daily ; rotate
the AM/MW Head-Unit in the Right direction and forget it.

TG35 SOLAR RECHARGE INDOOR SW / MW / LW ACTIVE ANTENNA
NON TUNING, SOLAR OR PC USB RECHARGE GREEN ANTENNA!

The C.Crane {Justice} AM/MW Antenna is a better Active
Antenna but it must be Tuned and Retuned for each Radio
Station {Frequency} that you want to listen to.

IMHO - The Degen TG35 Active Antenna is not a "POS";
and for the price is a fairly good Broad-Band AM/MW
Active Antenna to use with many Consumer AM/FM Radios.

hope this helps to clearify things ~ RHF
