Interesting poll. Replace Air Band with DRM capability. Add PBT,
definitely.

It's a pity that when Eton went on to the E1 that it wasn't made DRM
capable. Or that a DRM-capable version wasn't made available...- Hide quoted text -

I own a real Grundig (I tinks it was made by Telefunken in 1957,prove me
mistooken) Grundig AM/FM/Shortwave/Phonograph wooden cabinet floor model
Radio.(it works too) I have an old tv set sittin on top of that radio
and my WebTV box is sittin on top of that old tv set.It woiks for me.
That is the only Grundig (I am callin it a Telefunken) I own.I also own
a 1960's Telefunken great big a.. wooden cabinet Telefunken Opus 7
wooden cabinet table model AM/FM/Shortwave radio.
I don't know yet if my Telefunken Opus 7 radio works.Maybe someday I
will get unlazy enough to hunt up a power cord for the radio.I am
lazzzzzyyyyy,,,,,,

Rather than trying to fix a fundamentally troubled receiver, it would
be preferable to design a new one from scratch.

Results of the first poll are pretty interesting. More evidence that
the hobby is dying.

So far the majority 60% want a both new Digital Radio
features; "DRM" Shortwave and "HD" AM&FM Radio.
