1 - Place a 20" Box Fan outside the Bathroom Door
and Turn the Fan "On" so that it blows a gentle Breeze
{Cool Air} into the Bathroom; through the Open Door.
2 - Fill the Bath Tub 3/4ths with Cool Water.
3 - Get in the Bath Tub and Soak for 20~60 Minutes
Two to Four Times a Day/Night.
4 - Each Time you get into the Bath Tub Drain 1/4
the Water and Top-Up with Cool Water to 3/4ths.
5 - Dry-Off Towel-Down before you leave the Bathroom
and Wear Slippers or Flip-Flops
-TBL- Keeps the Body Cool and Re-Hydrates the Body.

I expect it to get around 100 today

eye.Relatively cool weather here right now.I have one of my old electric
fans (old made in Memphis,Tennessee electric fan,I guess it dates back
to around the 1950s, still running smooth and quet, working like a
charm.They just don't build them like that anymore) turned on on the end
table by doggy's end of her couch.Really comfortable here.We need some
rain though.
