Default 21470 Khz: BBC Ascension?

Very nice signal here in NS at 1425 utc. Web sources indicate this is the
Ascension relay of BBC. Is this always the case? Might other tx use this
freq? Thanks.

What modulation mode? I have a strong signal but very weak audio on AM or SSB
(I don't have FM for this freq.).

Regards,

Michael

RHF,

Yes, I am in Nova Scotia, Canada. I am about 30 feet from the ocean. If I
wasn't 1/2 mile from a major ute transmitter site, this would be a great
spot for radio.

Bob Loblaw,

By "NS" do you mean Nova Scotia in Canada ?
NS = http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nova_Scotia

Eibi shows via Seychelles 0800-1300 and via Ascension 1300-1900. Also, the
current EiBi sked shows no other use of 21470.

At 1335 putting in a nice signal here.
