I always thought that their odd use of 11760 was to tweak Britain's nose (11765 is one of the few BBC freqs audible in NAm at 0500) but maybe not. |

Don't know if it's Cuba, but that would be my best guess too. IMHO the numbers station thing is at least as much psychological warfare as a means of covert communications. |
