Default 9525 Khz 1100 UTC: Voice of Indonesia?

Testing out my little vertical antenna (and the system of radials I
put down) and hear a relatively strong signal with almost no fading on
9525 Khz at around 1045-1108 (now) plus.

It's SINPO 44544. Vaguely Balinese or Chinese flavor, with music and
spoken word together. Music is unique -- I thought Indonesia just
from the music. I'm assuming it's Voice of Indonesia / RRI
Jakarta but wonder if anyone else has an opinion on what it might be
if they have a better idea
