Although designed as a ham radio logger, it also handles shortwave broadcast and utility logging very well (in my opinion, better than many and perhaps most ham radio logging programs). What I think I like best about it is that it installs cleanly, that is, it does not write to the registry and does not put files in your system folders. Thus you can load it onto a USB stick drive or other portable/removable media and use it...and if you install it on your machine and decide you don't like it, you simply drag its folder to the recycle bin, drop it, empty the recycle bin, and it's gone just as easy as that, no further cleanup required. The web site says it works on Windows 95 and newer. I'm currently running it without difficulty on Windows XP Professional x64 Edition.
