Can someone ID the mode and any ID of the RTTY sounding station on 3921KHz?

Michael Closest thing I hear to that is some QSO on 3916, nothing on 3921, maybe it's an image? 0502 UTC Not an image, but they are apparently off now. +30 over S9 on a PRO III. NUuerous watchdog stations reported it- but alas, no ID. Dale |
