DENVER -- Police in Denver arrested an ABC News producer today as he and
a camera crew were attempting to take pictures on a public sidewalk of
Democratic senators and VIP donors leaving a private meeting at the
Brown Palace Hotel.

Police on the scene refused to tell ABC lawyers the charges against the
producer, Asa Eslocker, who works with the ABC News investigative unit.

(Click here to watch video of the arrest.)

A cigar-smoking Denver police sergeant, accompanied by a team of five
other officers, first put his hands on Eslocker's neck, then twisted the
producer's arm behind him to put on handcuffs.

The Nazis would be proud. :-(

Hopefully, ABC has enough lawyers on staff to slap a gazillion dollar
lawsuit against those thugs...

Too bad you had to put a political spin on this. Democrat or Republican,
this thuggish "police" behavior is quite disturbing. If you insist on
blaming a political party, I suggest you try the Nazi party.

Maybe those who claim we have lost a lot of our civil rights under the
current Republican Administration, weren't too far off the mark...

Yes, and the Mayor of Denver is known to be a Liberal/Democrat/Marxist.
Therefore it stands to reason that the thuggish behaviour is due to both him and
the DNC/Obama camp, also known as Liberal/Democrat/Marxists.

If you insist on
blaming a political party, I suggest you try the Nazi party.

No, see the above.

If they don't, I'd be very disappointed.

This is the a direct assault on press freedoms under the First
Amendment.

Your Democrat Party at work.

Since the ABC investigative unit is basically doing "TMZ with fat cats",
staking out all the lobbying going on outside the convention in Denver,
it's not the party, but the corporate money that's telling the cops what
to do. The same folks have set up their partys/concerts/tributes
in both convention cities.
