Default Chinese Jammer Logs

While bandscanning 11 MHz, I caught two week Chinese firedrakes this
morning (Sept 8). Firedrake opera was weakly audible on 11785 and
11990, both frequencies scheduled for VOA-Mandarin programming.
Indeed, audio in Mandarin was audible under the jamming on both frqs.
VOA on 11785 is being relayed via Udon Thani and 11990 is from
Novosibirsk. Receiver was an Eton E5 with a Sony AN-LP1 active loop.
