The judge has not ordered any such thing.

Look at the documents you have cited.

The attorney for the guy who is suing Obama filed a motion with the
court. As part of the motion, he included a court order for the judge
to sign IF THE JUDGE AGREES WITH HIM.

You didn't notice that the order DOES NOT HAVE THE JUDGE'S SIGNATURE.

This is standard legal practice -- give the judge a copy of the order
you want him to sign in hopes that he'll sign it and be done with it.
In this case, the judge has not signed the order.

Further, the judge is not likely to sign it -- because:
-- What the **** is a "vault" copy of a birth certificate?
-- What the **** is an "oath of allegiance?" Obama is a natural-born
US citizen; only naturalized citizens take an oath of allegiance.
-- The judge is not a fool.
