Hybrid digital can’t stand on its own merit so IBiquity tried to force
Sony and other hybrid digital radio manufacturers to deliberately make the analog signal sound bad and restricted so as to bolster-up the digital audio signal to influence consumers. Fortunately most manufacturers wisely saw through their nonsense. Bob “the Booble” Struble and the HD radio alliance are so corrupt. They should all be in jail. |

"FCC to Consider Raising FM-HD Power Levels" "Why would radio stations take the risk of degrading the quality of their existing analog service in order to pimp a flawed technology which nobody's listening to? It's almost as if the strategy of the HD Radio Alliance is to degrade analog radio service in order to force digital adoption - kind of a variant on the 'we had to destroy the village to save it' rationale." http://tinyurl.com/67bgv7 "More HD Fun" "Ibiquity and manufacturers are purposely making the analog sound poor so that people will hear a noticeable difference when the transition to digital from analog takes place." http://www.eisenhamerengineering.com/wordpress/?p=70 "Take the simulated HD radio test drive?" "Talk about dirty rotten lies. Listen to their simulated comparisons of Am/Fm and their supposed HD sound. To be honest my 7 year old $12.00 mono clock radio sounds better than their simulated sound of Am/ Fm. And their simulated HD sound really sucks... What a big joke. Something is wrong when they have to degrade the sound of Am/Fm on purpose to make their system sound better. My GM factory radio sounds just a good. Do they really think we’re that stupid? I guess so!" http://tinyurl.com/4oejls "Buy only if you MUST have HD Radio" "The built in analog tuner is less sensitive than the tuner in the base radio, so I lose sensitivity in order to gain HD. I have tried the splitter so I can take advantage of the analog tuner and the HD tuner at the same time, and the analog tuner does not work while the HD is plugged in to the deck." http://tinyurl.com/626bd8 These people are no better than criminals. |
