The alliance said they'd sell their one millionth radio.. Didn't happen.. Then said the same thing in 07... didn't happen.. Then said the same thing in 06 didn't happen.... You see the tend... it just doesn't happen... At last count the number was 500,000 not including units returned.. I'm guessing its gotta be 300,000 to 400,000- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - With all of the returns of these "deaf" radios, that number is probably 100,000 - 200,000 in the hands of the general public, not counting those in the radio industry and radio geeks: "HD Radio spinners claim a breakthrough year: Pulling a fast one" "According to a press release from the Alliance 330,000 HD receivers were sold last year. This is a 725 per cent increase from the 40,000 sets purchased a year earlier and therefore 2007 was a 'breakthrough year' for the technology. In 2008 they will sell a million of the things." http://tinyurl.com/4zgkaw |

Los Angeles has nothing that comes close to the quality of KGO, both in production values and technical air sound. Hell, KKOH in Reno has a more together air sound than anything in L. A. KGO is old fashioned in production and execution vs. KFI. And KFI does hugely better in 25-54 in its market than KGO does in theirs. |

Right - iBiquity hired 92 positions since March 2008 - from 38 to 130. Lies, lies, and more lies. The loan only covered specific positions in Columbia. |

Actually, the opposite is true... my company owned the concessions to a dozen operating stations, and CPs for about a dozen more. You've been provided with dozens of names of people who can verify that. And a ham license there in the 60's was question of "tipping" the right person. |

I gave you the name of a WAMR Miami DJ, Betty Pino, who worked for me in 1965 before coming to the US. I gave you numerous easily located persons in Ecuador, including the US Consulate's commercial section. All verifiable. Ham licenses were pretty much given out with no requirements other than making the paperwork "worthwhile." |
