Default WWCR on 3215 all screwed up, on 6430 now

WWCR says they've fixed the problem. Appears to be fixed here also.

Certainly back on their fundamental of 3215, however, the second harmonic is
still audible on 6430 at 0750 check.

The problem with 6430 has been going on (perhaps intermittently) since at least
early 2007 when I was involved in the discussion about it in DXLD.
