Bush inherited peace, prosperity, and a well-run government until he
ran the country into the ground. Obama is dealing with the Bush
mess. Of course you can't compare the popularity of an idiot like
Bush who was coasting on Clinton's good governance against Obama's
huge disadvantage of war, shattered government, and incompetence
inherited from Bush. Duh.
