Nienty Nine Point Nienty Nine Percent of the time, C2C is full of Sh.t!
Even if I stayed awake all night long, I wouldn't listen to that Crap.

About eight or nine years ago, I read an article at www.parascope.com
(or dot org, whatever it is) about a radar maintenance guy in the
Southwest, he worked the night shift.Sometimes when he was board he
would do something to the radar equipment so that a bunch of zig zags
would be zipping around on the radar screens, then he would step outside
for a cig break.
UFOs! those people would be hollering. Then he would go back inside and
straighten out the radar.

I wonder if the down time was used to increase power or if it's just a
seasonal thing,

The downtime was just a technical problem.
