Default Congress to reform FCC ?

http://www.hamwave.com/cgi-bin/index...ewnews&id=2163

It's about time! The republican'ts had made the FCC a profit center
removing all the real engineers and replacing them with booblehead
attorneys.

Perhaps with real engineers back in place, we can rid ourselves of BPL
forever

Lets get one thing straight.... the FCC has plenty of real engineers.
They're the working stiffs in that organization. It was all the Lawyers
and political appointees on the Commission that squelched the engineers'
objections to such lousy ideas as BPL, etc. At risk of being fired I
would probably keep my mouth shut, too.

I'm hoping the new commissioners will turn this terrible work
environment around.

That, AM IBOC, and it would be nice if they would actually enforce Part 15
for things like CFL's, cable and ADSL modems, computer power supplies,
plasma and LCD televisions, etc.

In June a 0baMa0 commissar will literally take over the FCC and your
problems will be just beggining.
I do not see much hope for the survival of your Republic when Liberal
Fascism takes over your airwaves - best of luck OM.

Whichever party or "wing" can become fascists through the practice of
intolerance of other points of view, exercising authoritarianism, and
causing a part of the population through training or propaganda means to
persecute the remaining citizens that don't go along with the chosen
one's policies.

Hey wait - that's violates the U.S. Constitution! http://www.unfairair.org

Oh, by the way Dr.0baMa0 NAZI DaviD - Liberals are all fascists.
