You are right that Romania seems to be coming in very clearly as of
late. Their broadcast in English on 9580 at 0000 UTC sounds awesome
here in KY. Last night, I was scanning 31 meters with my E1 about 0620
UTC when I encountered a good signal on 9740 with a man speaking with
an English accent. I thought that maybe BBC-Singapore was on for a
special broadcast, but I was surpised to eventually hear an RRI ID.
Romania's broadcasts sound very good!
