S 9 at 2153 UTC. Returned to AIR at 2200 UTC for half hour listen,with
news read by man to 2212 UTC then commentary by woman on proceedings
in Indian Parliament. Followed by business and other comments to 2229
UTC. Man gave freq. list for AIR, then sign-off at 2230 UTC. Freq. of
9445 KHZ becoming quite consistent for AIR here in S.Ontario.
2138 UTC BBC in one of its rare appearances of late. On 9915 Khz S7
with //12095 Khz at S3. (Note snide remark, well deserved)
2145 UTC Syria 12085 Khz. Carrier S9, Audio very low, unreadable with
mid freq. het in background.
2148 UTC CRI 7285 Khz S9 with fade. Target Europe.
2150 UTC Prague CZE 11600 Khz. S9+20 db. Usual massive signal here at
this time.
2152 UTC Sweden on 7395 Khz S9+20 db peak. Some fade with Arctic
flutter like characteristic.
All above broadcasts in English. Grundig Satellit 750, ant. Hustler
5BTV ground mounted vertical. Presets were from 2100 UTC Page
in memory bank.
