Six teens drowned in Louisiana. 5 boys and one girl. Just out having fun on a
summer day, trying to keep cool.

Apparently none could swim and they came upon a dropoff in the river.

Imagine the absolute freaking horror as they tried to save one another.

Please, be careful out there.

This hits home in a way as a friend of mine was swept off the pier here during
a storm 41 years ago on July 28 and drowned.

My thoughts are with them, their families, and the people of Louisiana.

18 wheeler crashes into house in Magee,Mississippi

That happened yesterday.I just now saw and heard on WJTV noon tv news, a
World War Two Veteran, Mr.Sellers, was sleeping in his house (his house
that the 18 wheeler crashed into) when the 18 wheeler came crashing
through there.
That was a close call, too close for comfort!
