The outrageous attack on Arizona by President Barack Obama, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Attorney General Eric Holder continues. But this time, it's worse! The Obama Administration is encouraging other nations to join forces against Arizona. So far, the Ninth Circuit Court has allowed 11 foreign nations, including Mexico, to join the United States' lawsuit against Arizona. Watching an American president prompt foreign leaders to attack a member of our republic makes me heartsick. But unfortunately, circumventing the people through the courtroom has always been one of the far left's most effective ways to undermine America. Liberal activist judges in California's Ninth Circuit and elsewhere have consistently overruled the people. So we must act fast. The Freedom Center - specifically our legal wing, the Individual Rights Foundation - is standing with the state of Arizona, and I'm asking you to help us. Our legal team is working on briefs to support Arizona in its right to protect its borders and its citizens. It is truly a David vs. Goliath battle and we need your support. Remember, we are not talking about legal immigration. America has long been the single greatest land of opportunity for millions of legal immigrants. But Arizona, like all of our border states, is being overrun by illegal immigrants. And with them has come a huge increase in crime - rampant drug trafficking - and enormous costs born by our taxpayers. But the radical liberal agenda behind the Open Borders movement doesn't care about these burdens. In fact, it relishes the confusion, fear and economic mayhem the flood of illegal immigrants creates. Its leaders are cheering the interference of American affairs by foreign countries. And our president is actively promoting such disunity, crime and economic misery! We cannot allow Arizona to fight this battle alone, because Arizona's fight is our fight. That's why I'm asking you to help the Freedom Center fight side by side with Arizona. We must make certain Arizona has the best legal advice possible, including the legal team of the Individual Rights Foundation. Our staff understands the motivations and agenda of the radical left, so we are always able to provide counters to attacks others might not see coming. Remember: we know the lengths the left will go to tear at the fabric of our society. A courtroom battle to prevent a state from protecting its citizens is classic.
