There have been some recent questions as to whether this should be referred to
as "Radio Tanzania Zanzibar" or "Zanzibar Broadcasting Corporation", but with
today's recognition of the female announcer mentioning "ZBC" I guess in future
I'll change my description from "RTZ" to "ZBC".
