When I was stationed briefly at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard, the USS Iowa
was mothballed there pierside in the Delaware River.

We used to sneak on board the vessel with flashlights for our tours.

Quite an impressive ship. Damn big gun turrets (16 inch guns).

If you get a chance, visit it, and remember my nighttime forays in its many
passageways.

Mississippi is willing to endure any capitalistic exploitation because
the govt is especially business friendly. [That's as nice as I can be]

Mississippi isn't broke. You want to see broke? Look at California and Illinois, a lot of States and Cities are broke. There are some cracks in the parking lot of the Walmart store in Clinton, Missy Sippy because of that Yazoo clay in the ground. Those cracks will soon be fixed. If you wants to check out those cracks five miles West of doggy's couch? http://www.wapt.com I am fixin to step into doggy's back yard now and sling some more water on my new grass I planted back there about two week ago. Those grass seeds are growing real Good. I water them three times every day.
