Default PAKISTAN - R. Pakistan, 15265 kHz, 1840z

PAKISTAN - R. Pakistan, 15265 kHz, 1840z, with male in discussion about ??? in apparent Urdu to WEu. SINPO is 25131, noise is a nightmare, but DANG this is a better signal than I have ever gotten before. If I had just a smidge more clear audio, I could possibly report (JENSEN - CA, USA)
