Some of those 1960s and 1970s adult 'tearjerker'' songs/music are pretty amazing, if you really look into them. I remember a lot of old, old songs, but I have a bad time trying to remember the lyrics/words of those songs. Whenever I do happen to remember a word or two or three of them, I get to looking them up on the Internet. Sometimes that works real good.
