Was listening to the Spanish lady on 10715 kHz at 2200 UTC (actually a
little before). It appears that the voice transmissions might be just a tuning aid for whomever is listening. The voice transmissions start about 2 minutes before the hour, but the digital transmissions start right on the hour. Same on 11635 kHz an hour earlier. BTW That schedule seems to be pretty accurate.
