Default Cuban numbers

Was listening to the Spanish lady on 10715 kHz at 2200 UTC (actually a
little before). It appears that the voice transmissions might be just a
tuning aid for whomever is listening. The voice transmissions start about 2
minutes before the hour, but the digital transmissions start right on the
hour. Same on 11635 kHz an hour earlier.

BTW That schedule seems to be pretty accurate. Thanks.
