I use a Funcube Dongle Pro3 in connection with the fabulous CW Simmer software for 28MHz ham radion CW beacon band skimming with automatic upload to the Reversebeacon Network. The 200$ FCD+ is as good as my 4000$ Icom transceiver in terms of Rx performance.

Best value for money in a long time.
