For an idea of what's out there in the way of decoders: http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/decoders.html - HAVE any of you decoded this Done it before, but not for many, many years. - and what are they broadcasting ?? At least on that frequency Paris Naval Radio (FUB) used to be there. Most of the stuff out there these days is encrypted, it might be decoded to display what is being sent, but it will still be encrypted. Many years ago there were a lot of news services that operated on HF that were quite interesting to decode, but virtually all of that type of stuff has gone to satellite. Still, there are a lot of folks who use the decoders to search out a lot of different things. You might wish to look at the World Utility News stuff, and look at their digital listings: http://www.wunclub.com/ Steve Holland, MI Drake R7, R8 and R8B |
