Why is the dead guy still on???

Listened to Bill Cooper rerun tonight. Boy. I forgot what a jerk he was.

Why is this show still on? Who is paying for it? I might be able to
understand running some of his lectures. But tonight's show was not only
a waste of money to run tonight, it was a waste of money to run
originally. No information in it whatsoever. Just Cooper bitchin'.
