KIPM was on 6950 USB a couple of hours ago. I was receiving them 5 over
S-9.
Now they're on 6925 and i'm only receiving them S-7 to S-8. Propagation
could have changed a lot
in the past couple of hours, but i'm just wondering if there are two
different
transmitter locations rebroadcasting KIPM ? It has to be. Otherwise, what
would be the purpose of
broadcasting first on 6950, and then later on 6925 ? Oh well ... who
knows.

Thanks for the info/update Barry.
I got back in from an evening dinner out
with the "other half" about 1 Hr ago
and thought I'd check the "pirate" bands
on the old R-71 and, lo and behold, there
was KIPM! I caught them last night but
did not expect KIPM to pop-up again
for a 2nd night in a row! (darn it I wish
I'd adleast set the PC mic on long-play
record to the hard drive like I used to do
for the old Art Bell/now C to C AM!

Oh well, I got the address for KIPM and
hope we get a QSL! I find his broadcast
style to be quite unique and VERY creative.
Quite a welcome change from the usual
shortwave pirate fare.
