Default 15010 khz

If anyone hears a latin american sounding station on 15010 khz, it's a
spurious signal from Radio Havana on 15230 khz.

Voice of Vietnam used to use that frequency back a few years ago but I
suspect they vacated it for the better transmitters in Russia for the relay
service. I don't recall hearing anything on 15010 khz anytime recently.
