Received this QSL from Radio Canada International
Date: 18 August 2003, Time: 2100-2130 UTC, Frequency: 7235 Khz via Skelton UK, SINPO: 43333 for a report via Airmail. QSL was a colourful "RCI Sackville Transmitters" card signed by Bill Westenhaver. Also received Schedule, RCI vinyl pennant and RCI Sticker for no reply postage in 1 month. I would like to thank Bill for his volunteer work in keeping RCI QSLs flowing, and also RCI for allowing him to do so.
