CALLING ALL SHORT-WAVE LISTENERS Do you listen to BBC World
Service by short-wave radio? If so, perhaps you'd be interested
in helping our transmission engineers by providing some
informal feedback on your radio reception from time to time.
We'd like to keep your email address on a list and will contact
you when we need your help. This list will be used solely for
the purpose of asking you about your short-wave listening.

If you'd like to join the short-wave listeners' list, email
with Reception as the subject of your
message, telling us where in the world you are listening.

DEAR BBC ON AIR NETWORKS SUBSCRIBER

This is just a reminder that 26th October 2003 is the day on
which new BBC World Service listening schedules come into
effect. There may also be some adjustments to short-wave
frequencies for your region.
You'll find the new schedules and updated frequency charts
online at
http://www.bbcworldservice.com/schedules

If you prefer, you can receive updated schedules, an A-Z
programme list showing broadcast times and a world frequency
list as email attachments.

To receive a regional programme schedule as an Excel-format
email attachment, send for a list of regional links by clicking
here and sending a blank email:
?subject=bbcpgd

To receive a Word-format A-Z list of all our programmes with
their regional broadcast times, click here and send a blank
email:
?subject=0progt

To receive a Word-format list of our world radio frequencies,
click here and send a blank email:
?subject=wldfrq

NB: Please ensure that the relevant six-digit code (e.g. bbcpgd)
appears in the subject line of the blank email before you send
it.
We'll be sending you your BBC On Air Networks for November at
the end of next week.
Happy listening!
Best regards from the BBC On Air Networks Team
