Not at that frequency, no. But I have logged them several times at
7115, most recently last Monday, 24 Nov. at 02:28.

By the way, the transmitter site they apparently use now is in Bijeljina,
Bosnia-Herzegovina which with NASWA counts as a separate country vs.
Serbia-Montenegro.

I've sent them several reports trying to get the Bosnia site verified but
they've been unresponsive.
