Noted the International Radio of Serbia-Montenegro 11835 (former Radio
Yugoslavia), signing on in English at 1330 with their English program
directed to Australia. Program ran to 1400, then into presumed Serbian.

Transmitter site for this one is in Bijeljina, Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Getting hammered by the apparent WYFR on 11830, though I didn't bother
to see if it was really them.
