anywhere, allowing the player to function as a portable stereo. With
electronic skip protection, dual alarms, and sleep timer, the ego 4000
Plus is designed for travelers and active lifestyles.

The Ovation music system won in the audio category for providing
unsurpassed audio in a highly compact form. Its patented "Magic
Fidelity" sound system incorporates three active loudspeakers
including subwoofer, each powered with its own amplifier. This 80 watt
CD/AM/FM player comes equipped with customizable eight-color LCD
screen and alarm with snooze, timer, and nap functions.

"Eton is honored to have been selected for three Innovations Awards by
CES. These awards demonstrate our commitment to developing
sophisticated and innovative technologies," said E.A. Hozour, CEO of
Palo Alto-based Eton Corporation. "We strive to design products and
features that fulfill the consumers needs in the marketplace as well
as their lifestyles."

Since 1989, the Innovations Design and Engineering Awards Showcase has
given consumer technology manufacturers and developers an opportunity
to have their newest products judged by a panel of independent
industry designers, engineers, and journalists. The Innovations Design
and Engineering Awards program recognizes the most innovative consumer
electronics products in 20 categories. Judging criteria for each entry
fulfilled four areas of design excellence: user value, aesthetics,
contributions to the quality of life, and innovative design and
qualities.

The Eton E1, ego 4000 Plus, and Ovation will be available in January
2004 at select national retailers. The Ovation retails for $499.95 and
the ego 400 Plus for $149.95. Pricing for the E1 XM is to be
