Default Guyana-3291.1

Guyana Broadcasting Co. putting in a good signal tonight on 3291.1.
Giving lottery results at 0106, and running adverts.

I'm convinced now that it was Guyana I had the other night exactly at
3295. The night after that, I had them again at 3292.1 One source I
checked mentioned in the notes that they "tend to vary frequency".

That was the meaning of the '3292v' (v meaning variable) in an earlier post. One
thing though, they're not really known to vary up as high as 3295. That would be
something new for them, at least in recent times.

They do have a decent enough signal, but they need to boost their modulation just a
bit.

No, that is off the coast of French Guiana.
